@_justinfishman @berkie1 There’s no FAR or any of the other dimension controls that DHCD forbids. Analysis of the proposed bylaw using the (simplistic) MBTA-C compliance model suggests 57 units/acre. Parcel selection is admittedly weak as far as immediate development potential.
