The Go team has done an AMAZING job over the past 4 years setting priorities. There are more #golang jobs today than ever before, including in the enterprise. No lang is perfect, but Go has been consistent, stable, and governed as well as any lang can be. The team has always put in the time to understand the ramifications of their decisions. They have learned over time how to listen and interact with the community. How many of us could learn from them about taking the time needed to introduce change? I appreciate every single person who has contributed to Go. Thank you for everything and the thankless work you do to make sure I have a lang I can use every day to solve all the problems I am facing. It has made a difference on this planet!
