Some understand themselves through horoscopes. Others through the human design type. But the highest form of self-awareness (& by far the most powerful) is the enneagram. It makes you understand your mental model, the way you see the world and the centre of intelligence you operate from (acting, thinking and feeling). It goes deep. Knowing your personality type reduces your blind spots, shows your inner patterns & brings out your core authenticity. Most top business leaders use it and their coaches too (at elite gov level its even used to manipulate but that's for another time) If you don't know yours, go learn and get to know thyself. And slowly start to recognise the enneagram type of others around you & when you're ready, teach/coach (1:1) in line with the personality type of your client. You'll notice a huge shift in rapport, actions & results. Because you'll "get" them & the'll be thankful for it.
